Choc Mole Funnel Cake

A Spicy Funnel Cake!
We took our classic Funnel Cake Cream Ale and added an authentic blend of Ancho, Chipotle "Meco,” Chipotle "Morita", Passilla Negro, and Guajillo Chiles with a touch of cumin, cinnamon and cloves and rounded it out with cacao nibs and vanilla bean to give this our complex take on a Mexican Mole. It has the subtle aroma of fine Mexican cuisine with a pleasant heat that rounds nicely with notes of chocolate, smoked, warm spice and earthly sweet notes!
