Kane Ripple Ale

New From NJ's Kane Brewing
The delicate flavors of gooseberries and sauvignon blanc grapes characterize this hop, and the lighter malt bill of a session ale allows them to shine through. To maintain body, we added a large amount of low crystals and flaked oats to our base of Pilsner malt. To round out the hop flavor of the Nelson we bittered with a small amount of Simcoe and added Amarillo and Citra to the finish and dry hop.
